Printable QR Labels: A4 PDF Layout & Print Settings
Generate a batch, then download the A4 PDF. Each page has 24 labels in 3 columns and 8 rows with cut guides.
Page and label dimensions
| Paper | A4 portrait · 210 × 297 mm |
|---|---|
| Outer margin | 10 mm |
| Labels per sheet | 24 (3 × 8) |
| Each label | ≈ 63.3 × 34.6 mm |
| QR image, including white margin | ≈ 26.1 × 26.1 mm |
| Caption | CSV label; long captions are shortened to fit |
A batch of 25 codes produces two pages. The ZIP manifest keeps full labels and content even when PDF captions are shortened.
Print a test sheet first
- Load A4 paper and choose A4 in the print dialog.
- Set scaling to 100% or Actual size. Turn off Fit to page.
- Print black on white paper. Scan several codes with a phone, including the longest URL, and verify the actual destination before printing the rest.
If a code will not scan
Keep the white margin clear. Do not stretch, crop, or cover the image. For dense or long content, export PNG and place a larger QR in your own layout. Use a shorter URL you control where possible, and check it is online.
Static codes and destination changes
A static QR does not use a LabelBatch redirect. Its URL cannot be edited after printing. If the URL changes, generate and print a replacement. Updating a page at the same URL does not require a new code.
