Will my QR codes expire?

The QR image contains your URL or text directly. LabelBatch does not host a redirect or deactivate the code. A linked page still needs to stay online.

Does LabelBatch store my CSV?

No. CSV parsing, QR generation, and exports happen in this browser. This application does not upload your file or send QR content to an analytics service.

What can I print the PDF on?

The A4 PDF has 24 labels on a cut-to-size layout. Print at 100% or Actual size, not Fit to page. It is not an Avery or other pre-cut label template. See printing instructions.

Is this free?

The current beta is free, including batches of up to 500 codes. Paid batch processing is not enabled. No payment is requested and there is no trial subscription.

Can I change a URL after downloading?

No. These are static QR codes. Edit the CSV and generate a new code if the encoded URL changes. You can change the content at a URL you control.

Why was a row rejected?

URL rows need a complete http:// or https:// address. Labels cannot be empty. CSV fields with commas should be quoted. Check the row status below the editor. See CSV examples.
